'Hutch' is one of the larger cities in Kansas, about 40 miles northwest of Wichita. The star attraction is the Cosmosphere, but the city also hosts the annual Kansas State Fair which is also worth a look. Plus they are building a salt mining museum (the underground deposits are probably the largest in the world).
Not far away is an Amish community, Yoder.
