    • The staff was not hospitable. The pool was unswimable due to being completely unheated. The hot tub was cordoned off using pool chairs and yellow caution tape - which would not have prevented anyone from accessing that area. The room we stayed in was cramped.

    Nothing was outstanding about this facility.

    This place is really priced nicely for the kind of rooms that you get. The suites all face the river and are very spacious. This place used to be an outlet mall, so the view that you have could be the same one that mall-walkers used to have from the food court.
