The war memorials for Vietnam, Korea, D-Day and for other branches of the service. It is on the Arkansas River across from the Exploration Place and was started by the brother of a Vietnam casualty. Much work has culminated in a very nice memorial.

Lots of great places to eat in Wichita. All the barbecue places are good. We like the Cafe Mediterranean just about best of all the restaurants in Wichita. It has great food but is not expensive. It is on Kellog near the exit we use to get on the highway for home. We got good service there and had a nice relaxing meal after our feet were worn out from shopping.
Great Sunday Brunch buffet. I liked every thing I had there.

Wichita has a great number of things to see and do; there are 36 museums, more than 24 attractions, 20 live theatres, 35 art galleries and 32 golf courses.
