Beech Bend Campground and Amusement Park: A Place to Camp and Play

Beech Bend Campground has 500 Campsites, of which 200 have full hook-ups. Most of the sites, except those along the river are pull throughs. WIFI service is available throughout the campground. There is also a laundry facility available. This campground and park has been in business since 1898. Beech Bend is a 368 acre park with beautiful rolling hills covered with beech trees and and bordered by the Barren river.

Pets are allowed in the campground, however, they must be on a leash, and you must cleanup after your pet. You will also find a meeting room, and a pool in the summer season.

Beech Bend is not only a campground, but in the warm months it is also a small amusement park, a splash lagoon, and has races and special events. I understand that the amusement park has grown since we were there, and there are plans to add even more rides. This is a great family campground, with lots of fun activities for the kids as well as the adults. Check out the web page below to learn more about these extra summer activities.
