I would definitely take a first time visitor to the churches.
Old St. Mary's and The Basillica
Covington has a strong German heritage and there are celebrations to recognize that heritage whenever possible. My best memory of Covington is walking the neighborhoods with my then boyfriend, trying to see the interiors of the older homes. High ceilings and fabulous moldings.
Covington has many "beer drinking" festivals.
I will miss my boyfriend and all the discoveries we made together.
Restaurants, shops, walking into Cincinnati for festivals and sporting events.
