Holiday Inn Express Lexington

We stayed one night at the Elkhorn Road Holiday Inn Express. We couldn't have been treated nicer. We were immediately given an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a king size bed. They had a great looking pool right by the check-in yet was entered from the elevator out of view of the front desk.
Elkhorn Road is right on the Interstate yet only about a mile from a new shopping center that has anything and everything in the world one could desire or ask for.
The Kentucky Horse Park was only about 2 miles from this Holiday Inn Express.
The manager also allowed us to use his refrigerator and freezer for some things we were carrying. The breakfast was quite over the top for a continental breakfast. They had warm boiled eggs, bagels, toast, muffins, several hot and cold cereals, juice, milk, coffee and tea besides fresh fruit.

Unique Quality: Very nice indoor pool in the month of November when we were there and a hot tub.
The room we had was sparkling clean, the bedding fresh and comfortable, the lighting was excellent and the hot tub was great! The skin and hair care amenities were good quality.
I definitely would recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Express.

This was conveniently located for our visit to the Kentucky Horse Park. However, we only found chain restaurants nearby and the staff was not very helpful.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and I was using Free Points from Holiday Inn.
