Conveniently Located Just Off the Highway
This was my 2nd stay at this courtyard. The first time was back in 2007 when the market's had reached their all time high. If I had known that and transferred some money around and then repurchased in March, 2009 I might have been able to take more trips. But this is not a financial woes site so I will stop.
Both stays at the facility have been business related. The first time I stayed here for 5 evenings, this time around it was only for a 1 night stay. It is a little tricky to get to as you get off the Interstate, but even if you take the wrong turn, as I have done several times, you will eventually get there, as you can see it off the Interstate.
The only picture I have is of the front of the Courtyard (picture was taken early morning and the effect is natural with the lens being affected by the humidity) If you take a look at the web site link provided below it will give you a clear indication of what the interior looks like. Most Marriott Courtyards around the U.S. are very similar although there are some current upgrades with their food areas that are taking place in various ones around the U.S.
Unique Quality: The facility is located at the edge of a small shopping center which has several restaurants and discount shops. You can easily walk to these. About 2 miles away is Baton Rouge's largest mall, The Mall of Louisiana where you will find more stores and restaurants. This is a very safe and secure area.
