Never Again!
The front desk staff was rude and unfriendly.
Watch out if you are using any type of a discount service (like priceline, Corp lodging Etc) They will treat you like second class citizens. I personally stopped in the night before to check a room out and to book 3 night’s stay starting the next day. I told the clerk that I needing a refrig for business, and preferred a king bed on the 1st floor for 2 adults. When I checked in I was given a dbl bed on the second Floor that was run down (not one of the newly remolded rooms) and was told this was due to the discount I was receiving. After I Unloaded my car (4 trips up the stairs) I was told I had to pay an additional $10 Plus tax per night for my wife. They didn’t care that I was told none of this the night before and if I did not like it I could move out, but still pay for the one night (even though I had only been there long enough to unload. This hotel and its staff do not deserve to be part of the Best Western Chain. The tub did not drain properly and the carpet was filthy.
