houma great down home cajan cooking
houma is a great place i lived there for six months my trip down from va was crazy, its a long drive from there to here but you get to see alot so in all way is good and bad. i went down this yr because my gradfather passed away and of course madie gras the first time and i will go back again the cooking is done the old fashioned way home made coooking useing the good old resipes. shrimp, fish you name it they can probly make it well i'll update later and if you ever in la visit houma and new oleans
