Helpfulness
The Hotel
The hotel looks nice outside. Though we had a problem with the room that we were in. It had a musty smell and when bought to the attention to the front desk staff, they had no issue with changing us to another room. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.
Unique Quality: The pool was average. But for those that love to shop, the mall (The Esplanade) is within walking distance. It is 20 minutes east of the French Quarter (Downtown New Orleans).
