We arrived at Kenner on May 31, 2003 in the evening. At the airport we took the shutlle from Alamo to get our rental car. When we where driven to the car lot we noticed that our hotel was right next to the exit of the arrivals so i shouldn't be hard to find when we had our car.
We were right it was about 5 minutes from the rental car lot, so we just drove back to the hotel, checked in and got some take out from a restaurant next to the hotel.
After this we showered and got to bed tomorrow on our second day of our vacation we would have to drive to Sulphur / Lake charles next to the Texas State border. We guessed we would be up early as usual due to the 7 hours time difference with the Netherlands. The next morning around five we were but wide awake so we had an early start for our first trip.
