I called this hotel to make reservations and the associate answered "HELLO" when I asked if I was calling a hotel she asked me what number was I dailing. After reciting the number to her she informed me that I had the right number; but when I asked her the name of the hotel she stated she didn't know. I intially thought I heard her wrong and when I asked again she stated she didn't know in a very harsh tone and hung up the phone. I tried to call back and she sent the phone straight to voicemail. How rude! I actually work in the hospitality industry and will never send any business their way. Huge mistake.
