This hotel is closely associated with Harrah's and it shows in its quality and delivery of product and service.
Harrah's put me up here for $49 a night which they ended up comping me for anyway, including my restaurant and room service tab. Thank you Harrah's!! I LOVE YOU!!!
I believe the regular price is $99 a night which is a good value for this 3 star hotel with 4 star service, a great restaurant on site and its location to the Riverwalk, Downtown CBD and The French Quarter.
First of all, you will Never touch a front door if you stay here. I think I did once during my 4 night stay. Everyone on the staff is very helpful and friendly, just like at Harrah's. Check in was fast and easy (thanks Chelsea!!), even at 10 am.
My 3rd story double was comfy and clean, maid service every morning, lots of thick towels, coffee maker and coffee replaced every day. I had a great view of Convention Center Drive, The Riverwalk and The Crescent Connection.
Outstanding staff, just like Harrah's. Great restaurant on site, 7 On Fulton.
