Staff very rude.
T.V.'s removed from all bedrooms for the disabled only. Said corporate ordered the T.V's removed. Ask several times no explanation given as to why. Why pick on the disabled? Why do the NON handicap one bedroom suites have T.V.'s?
Worst experience ever at one of your hotels. Too close to the ghetto. Roaches in kitchen. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke and vomit not clean. Had to stay at another hotel miles away. I may never return to any of the IHG hotels.
Unique Quality: The only unique quality is the fact that they are not out of business like the hotel next door.
