basic accomodations
By most standars this is a dump. However it is clean and is much cheaper than most motels in the Bar Harbor area, check the internet for rates under $100 in high season. Don't call or they will quote $160 which is a total ripoff for this place.
Basically if you want a cheap place to sleep and don't care that your not at the Hilton this is a good value for the area. If you want any degree of luxury this is not your place.
