A friend and I went snowshoeing on the groomed trails. We were the only 2 people on the mountain-perfect.

My 50th State
In June, 1995, I visited Maine for the first time, thus completing a goal to visit each of the 50 states in the United States. I stopped my car a few yards short of the New Hampshire - Maine state line and walked across ceremoniously. This photo, taken 12 years later, shows the spot.
Having been to every state, now I am on a quest to visit each of the 3,141 counties or their equivilents in the United States at least once in my lifetime.

A HUUUUGE Ski/Snowboarding resort!
Had an excellent time in March - the resort itself is small but the boarding was massive! 8 mountains of well groomed, well serviced pistes.
The USA Amatuer Snowboarding Champs were held there the week we arrived so we got chance to see the USA's top 1000 young riders rip up the slopes!
