Old Comfortable: Will you be Comfortable?
We didn't stop for very long in Friendship, and I'm not sure that we actually saw 'Old Comfortable'. I have a feeling that we did pass it, just out of the town. However, it is another option should you wish to stay overnight.

Insiders Out: Accomodations in Friendship, Maine
Outsiders Inn is the First Inn you'll come to as you reach the Town. It's located conveniently near a Convenience Store and Hardware Store. You are no more than 3 miles drive from all other major on-land attractions in Friendship from here. They offer Sea-Kayak Tours as part of their business and seem to be quite popular with most of the tourists who come into the area.
