AMAZING OGUNQUIT ACCOMODATION
My family had a family reunion here for one week in August 2000. We had 65 family members aged 6 months old to 98 years old, and we ALL had a good time and walked away with nothing but good memories. We didn't book in time to get every family member in the main one hundred year old Victorian Seaside Inn building, but we were spread out among several buildings within a 2 block radius and everyone was very happy with the accomodations. From memory, most rooms had a mini-kitchenettes & private balconies and were quiet. Most rooms have a stunning ocean view.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Perfect place to relax. Be sure to book early!
Unique Quality: Excellent secluded location, easy walk to shops, restaurants, ocean, and Marginal Way.
Having the kitchenttes in each room was defintely the deciding factor in our family choosing this location for our family reunion. Huge balconies, great big lawn, right next to the ocean. Unforgettable sunsets, and amazing breathtaking views.

The Beachmere Inn
$65 ('Quiet season' - mid-October - December)
to $195 US$. Rates are all across the board depending on what property you are in and the time of year you visit. We were here in late October, so the rates were great.
Unique Quality: There are actually a couple of properties that make up The Beachmere - a Victorian Inn, a motel and 3 cottages. For great ocean views - the Inn is the best. We stayed in Bullfrog which didn't have a view but was close enough and we were able to go to the Victorian for breakfast, etc. Location is great - right on the ocean/beach and on the Marginal Way footpath. Close to the village for shopping and restaurants too.
