You must see the Fireworks, each thursday nights trought Labor Day, because they don't have much money to fireworks like at Montreal but it is so great. My best memory of Old Orchard Beach was in 2000 when my dad was on Roussin St. and he started to pee in the street beside my Grand-Father. It was so funny. LOL
When in the Old Orchard area you must see the lighthouses that are nearby. The Portland
Headlight is the most famous. It is about 15 miles noth of Old Orchard. Twin Lights are
on the same road too. There is also a nice one near Biddiford Pool.
Spent July 4th in Old Orchard in 2001!
I loved it, plan to go again this year. fireworks over the ocean, lobster, salt water taffy, shopping, amusement rides, games, sand castle contests etc.
This is my favourite place in maine
