Many transient/lower end stays
It was mostly lousy. The guests feel like they compete with the local indigent crowd, or long term stay transients. The halls and rooms were messy, dirty, and generally filthy.
Unique Quality: None at all. The place was very dirty and run down. NO opne seemed to care. Price was cheap at $58.
