Comfortable Room
Our suite was lovely. It was large, quiet, clean & very comfortable. Breakfast was a lot of carbs but sufficient. Pool was closed & fitness center was not descript. They had a frequent shuttle service that would have could have whisked us down Bestgate Road.
Unique Quality: Hotel staff wasn't too knowledgeable or helpful. We had to push them for information which was incorrect.
