I've been to other bed and breakfast's before but not like this. The place was sparkling clean, food was terrific and everything was taken care of for us. We stayed at the William Page Inn for our annual girls weekend getaway. We toured all the sights and would highly recommend this stop to other groups and to couples.
William Page Inn - Annapolis is a B&B Jewel
by TripAdvisor Member Navy08
Hands down, this Inn is an all around gem. The Innkeepeer is an incredibly gracious host from the moment you walk in the door at check-in, to providing airline boarding pass print service on your way out. He is a very knowledgeable host about the area, as well, and a fabulous cook! Oh, and you will have the best cup of morning coffee here, along with a breakfast that is as much a feast for the eyes as the tummy. We have stayed in three of the rooms, thus far, and would stay in any one of them again. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The entire house is decorated beautifully, filled with amazing antiques and has the coziest gathering area / breakfast room. The location in the historic district means a few short blocks to the City Dock, the State House or the Naval Academy. Enjoy your stay here. We can't wait to go back!!
We'll return to the William Page Inn

The William Page is the place to stay when visiting Annapolis! A long weekend in Annapolis was made more enjoyable by our lucky choice of The William Page Inn. We were minutes from the dock, the Naval Academy, and historical city sites. We walked much of the time--to the harbor for meals and onto the "yard" to see our favorite midshipman. We were so lucky to have off street parking for our rental car--we always had a parking spot when we returned from our day trips. Robert, the Inn’s owner/host, provides guests with scrumptious breakfast choices that changed each morning served in a comfortable seating area. We enjoyed the morning conversations with Robert and the other guests who gave us suggestions and hints for our visit. Cold and warm beverages were available throughout the day. We never heard any of the other guests when we went to our room on the second floor for the evening. Robert was especially attentive and kind to my elderly parents who stayed on the first floor.
An Overall Outstanding Experience

We arrived with a flat tire, which Robert, the Inn Keeper, promptly changed. The Marilyn suite was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was marvelous, and Robert a treasure trove of information. We were minutes from dock side and the academy and a few short blocks from the State House and St. Anne's Church. Robert shuffled cars around in the driveway so we never had to worry about parking--a blessing in historic Annapolis. You can get spoiled staying at this B&B! We'd return in a heartbeat! A little place of repose and quality.

A two-night stay at this lovely B&B turned a mundane business trip into a mini-vacation. The location is perfect because of it's central position, you can park the car at the B&B and walk everywhere. The Marilyn Suite was furnished to a high standard of quality and taste. I slept so well because it was so quiet.
Robert is a gracious host and manages an excellent balance of caring for his guests without fussing. He's also a very good cook. He makes every guest feel like a friend and we loved the breakfast chats of getting to know him and the other guests, although I think we did too much talking.
Robert's advice on the area (providing maps) and restaurants is comprehensive and we can recommend Cafe Normandie (because we were feeling homesick for French food) and Mc Garvey's for great sea food.
An excellent recommendation, thank you Trip Advisor members.
Our Home away from home in Annapolis

Our son entered USNA in June 2004 on Induction Day. We stayed at William Page Inn at the recommendation of another Innkeeper who was booked solid. What a great recommendation it was and based on our first stay never looked or booked elsewhere. The William Page Inn innkeeper, Robert Zuchelli, is well known in Annapolis and the B&B community. He is active in the local B&B association and has served as chairman of its board. He is an award winning innkeeper and has been recognized by his peers as such. What a great experience it has been these past 4 years on our visits to Annapolis to stay at the William Page Inn and experience all the warmth, charm and hospitality that this inn has to offer. Robert will help you with everything from restaurant recommendations, sights to see, directions, etc. etc. Its ideal location one block from the USNA main gate makes it especially convenient. It is also convenient to all that downtown Annapolis has to offer. Park the car and walk to everything. Robert is an excellent cook and breakfast is an event to look forward to. In order to experience a unique B&B experience in Annapolis, you must stay at the William Page Inn.

What a wonderful stay!

i lived in the annapolis area for five years in the mid-90s because i went to the university of maryland. ever since returning to germany, i have always come back to spend vacation time in the annapolis area. the stay at the william page in was my third at b&bs in annapolis -- and by far the best!
Robert the innkeeper does his very best to make the inn's visitors feel at home -- heck, i felt better than at home... ;-)
the marilyn suite was great -- a huge room with slanted walls, very tastefully decorated, a very nice two-room bathroom with shower and bath, in an absolutely clean and quiet neighborhood. also, i have never had a better breakfast, and i have been to quite a few b&bs.
i can, without any reserve, fully recommend the william page inn -- go there and enjoy a wonderful time!
Great place to stay in Annapolis

We stayed at William Page inn two nights while visiting the Annapolis area. More than a place to sleep, it turned out to be one of the most pleasant parts of our visit! Robert has a sixth sense about the needs of his visitors, and he does everything possible to be sure they are met. He does so in a most subtle and unobtrusive way. His guests have the feeling of visiting an old friend or family member----the amenities are just there, with no sense of the hard work that must go on behind the scenes to provide therm.
His breakfasts are a delight! Not only are they treat for the palate, but to the eye as well. One of the photos we saved from the trip was of the presentation of the breakfast.
There is no doubt that the William Page Inn will be the place we will stay on all future visits to Annapolis. Making the reservation will certainly be one of the first activities in planning our next trip there!
