Poor Customer Service
The A/C in the room didn't work. It was over 80 degrees in the room. My wife was ill and we were in Baltimore for her to be treated at John Hopkins, so this was a miserable night. They have an extra optional fee for a "made to order" breakfast. Although we paid for it, it was not offered. There was a small buffet of hour old food and the healthy fruit containers were empty. We filled out the customer response card. There was absolutely no concern or response from the man at the front desk on check out about our concerns. And no response to date to the card we filled out.
We then filled out a similar from on the Hilton website. We got 2 generic emails back after about 2 weeks that said they appreciated our concerns. Still no addressing of the individual issues with their hotel.
This is my first written complaint to a hotel in over 35 years of business and personal travel. I would not recommend this or any other Hilton hotel because of the inattention to valid issues with their hotel and their lack of hotel and corporate customer service.

Hilton Garden Inn Inner Harbor
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Inner Harbor for 5 total night between two weeks. The staff was helpful and courteous, the rooms were clean and the furnishings were pleasant. Hi-speed wireless internet worked great! Unfortunately, the room service wasn't as great... I attempted to order dinner and my first three choices were "no longer available" or "not suitable to serve". I eventually settled on the Monte Cristo sandwich, which was terrible. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant experience for both of my stays.
The hotel is within walking distance of the Inner Harbor attractions including Hard Rock Cafe, Barnes and Noble, the National Aquarium, Science Center and many others! Just be sure to bring your walking shoes and a camera!
Unique Quality: Great view of the city from the 8th floor courtyard. Within walking distance of Inner Harbor attractions and tons of restaurants and shopping!
