Wonderful Lodge

The stay was absolutely wonderful, magical. Savage River Lodge is a quiet, close to nature place that offers relaxing... relaxing...relaxing atmosphere and abundance of nature.
The cabins are clean, very comfortable with this desired rustic feel. They feel private and very cosy.

Staff is very welcoming, helpful and professional.

The flyer says that the Lodge is located near some golf, white-water, down-hill skiing recreation places, but I highly recommend staying in the cabins' area and enjoying what nature right outside your door has to offer.

Unique Quality: This is a wonderful place if you look for a relaxing or romantic (or both) hide-away and all you want to do is to have breakfast at morning (they leave fresh-baked muffins and orange juice right outside your cabin's door... So you can just run down in your pajamas and bring it to bed :):):) ), go for a long, long walk, enjoy nature, read, relax... sip hot chocolate, read and relax... and have a wonderful meals in a nice, casual restaurant next door (they serve both: lunches and dinners).

This is a great place for spring-summer as well as fall-winter nature lovers.
