stayed at this hotel with my family and after being out of the room for a bit, we returned to find that housekeeping had let an intoxicated man, who said that he was with us, into our room. This man just wandered off the street and they unlocked our room and let him in with no problem at all. My children were terrified! Security is completely lacking in this hotel. We complained to the front desk and they didn't even seem concerned. They completely dismissed our complaint and didn't even offer an apology.
