I just want to mention that while looking for a rental site online I came across Holiday Real Estate's site and it was absolute hasslefree. No I do not work for Holiday nor am I recieving any perks for mentioning them, if you want to find a condo I strongly recommend this site.

Within the city limits of Ocean City, there are 10,000 hotel rooms, 25,000 condominium units, plus countless beach houses, apartments, and RV parks.
During my visit I stayed at a condo near 137th Street on the northern edge of town. This condo is owned by one of my friend's parents, so the price was right. Just like most condos in town, they sit right along the beach, just a quick stroll from the water.
Best balcony's at the board walk! Nice chairs to people watch, but not much in the line of shade. Great spot, right in the middle of the 'sweet' part of the boards. Not too noisy at night. Other hotels are close to bars, and if you sleep early or have children, this can be annoying. This motel is more hotel, and very nice.
Slept 7, full kitchen, fridge, stove, pots and pans, glasses, plates everything. Even had dish soap and towels. The view was priceless! We listened to the ocean at night while going to sleep. You wake up to the smell of bacon cooking at Phillips Restaurant. The rocking chairs on the front porch are heavenly!
When I go to Ocean City, its to get some R & R (rest & relaxation) so I would normally get a condo for a week or two.
There are plenty of hotels and rentals around the area, it's just what time of year your going and what are you willing to pay.
To rent these units or for more information, call 1-800-638-2102 or 410-524-7700.
Two blocks north of the boardwalk.
