 This motel looked like a nice clean place to stay. Not terribly expensive, especially for last minute booking, and is half a block from the beach. Only problem I had was the old lady at the front desk is bipolar or something. When I entered the lobby the first time to check in, my first impression of her was that she was nice, good natured, and had a good sense of humor as she joked with us some what. She had two rooms reserved for us but they weren't going to be ready for another two hours after we got there. We were booking two rooms last minute so it was understandable that the rooms wouldn't be ready so with that we went to the beach to waste our time while we waited. We came back, and sweet old lady had transformed into a miserable hag. She said she already booked the rooms and there weren't any more vacancies. She was very condecending and defensive for no reason. Just for kicks our one friend stayed behind and pretended she was not in our group and tried booking a room after we left the office. Strange how fast those rooms filled up and remptied....
