Horrible

This hotel is terrible. The staff are like robots. I stayed here for 6 weeks total for a project at Sinai Hospital, and everytime I checked in or out, they acted like they were seeing me for the first time.

The Internet service at this hotel is TERRIBLE. First of all, they CHARGE you for it, and that's extremely archaic to begin with. The internet is not new anymore, every other hotel worth its salt has high speed FREE internet. If it's not bad enough that it costs money, it's also HORRIBLY SLOW. Ping times average in the 500-800ms ratio, and if you know anything about computer networks, you know that indicates serious problems. Good luck calling the help desk though. None of them speaks more than broken english, and they don't fix anything anyway.

The rooms have a small kitchenette, which is nice, but they also have plates, forks, knives, and other tools, all of which are disgusting. It's even stated in the hotel policies that the housekeeping staff does not clean anything in the utensil drawers. I don't even want to know where some of this stuff has been!

Decent location I guess, but nothing can really make up for such a lousy hotel. Apathetic staff, crummy internet, uncomfortable beds, and cheapo little 19 inch TVs. Extended stay hotels are supposed to make you feel home away from home, and I would have felt more at home sleeping in my car.

Unique Quality: Nothing.
