Great Boston Accomodations: Furnished Apartments

I just stayed at the Copley House and it is a relatively unknown way to stay right in the city without paying city prices. They have fully furnished apartments like studios and one bedrooms. I paid $85 per night for a studio and it was worth it. They are located on west newton st. which is one block from the prudential center!

Unique Quality: Kitchenettes in the apartments make it cheaper to stay in boston. You can cook your own meals and save money. The place makes you feel like you actually live in boston, not just a tourist.

COPLEY HOUSE

In summertime, if you book far in advance for less than 3 days, you'll be told that they have a 3 nights minimum stay. However, they are fairly flexible and might have a gap on their reservation sheet that they want to fill, so always give it a try! The price range for a studio apartment for a one night stay goes from USD 85 to USD 115. For a one bedroom apartment, it will cost you from USD 120 to USD 140. The latter can fit up to 5 people so it's a pretty good deal! They also have weekly rates if you're staying over 7 nights so you should ask them about that.

Unique Quality: Copley House is probably one of the best accommodation facilities in the Back Bay area. It's a guest house: you rent either studios or one bedroom apartments for a few nights or longer. The atmosphere is really nice and friendly and the people working there are all real sweethearts. They're all very helpful and Mark or Joe will definitely give you a hand if you're in deep ***: they're the best!! There are 5 different buildings, all located around the corner from the main office. The area is a very safe and nice one, with brownstones buildings, shaded streets and parks. Plus, you're only a few minutes away from the main shopping centers, the main tourist spots and the good places to go when the night comes. Boston is an expensive city so do not expect to find real cheap accommodation there. Copley House's prices are average and they're actually cheaper than any decent hotel. Give it a try on your next trip to Boston and you won't regret it!!

I've stayed in both Copley Inn and Copley House in Back Bay. The Copley Inn has studios and one bedrooms, rates range from $80-$135. Copley House offers studios only at $80-$115. Both are charming brownstones with clean, comfortable rooms. Very close to all the attractions on Back Bay. Both have websites at http://www.copleyinn.com and http://www.copleyhouse.com

Hope that helps!
