Scusset Beach

There's something special about a beach on a cool and cloudy day. The normally crowded and noisy sandy areas are almost empty; the sound of the waves is more powerful and the empty concession stands seem almost eerily sad and abandoned.

I went to Scusset Beach on just such a day and enjoyed its presence without the din of a crowd.
