The Deerfield Inn is the only one in town...and has the only restaurant in town. It is right in the center of the mile long stretch of buildings...and handy for a mid day stop. We didn't choose to stay here ... or to have lunch here. We felt our B&B built in the 1700's and located just about 15 min. away...was better suited to us. However, the Deerfield is a large, formal, well appointed facility, if the 1800's is what you crave. :-)
Great! See other tips for additional info and pics of this wonderful 1700's Inn...gracious and comfortable. This is the reception area/room. You could take your breakfast here if you like. We sat in front of the big window overlooking the gardens at the back of the house where all the birds come to visit.
