The Breakwaters Vacation Condominiums

My friend and I are planning on booking a condo at The Breakwaters at 432 Sea St. Hyannis MA.
We want a small, clean, safe and relaxing place on the beach. The website looks great but will we be disappointed?

I'm not familiar with the Breakwaters in particular. Parts of Sea street are pretty rough, with a low-income housing crowd. The areas right near the water tend to be better, though. It is close to Main Street, Hyannis, which is very active on summer nights. There are a range of restraunts and bars/pubs and clubs. There is also a carousel for kids and lots of icecream/ candy stores. You should have a nice time.

Have a good visit.

The Cape Cod area has lots of lighthouses to view and tour. This is the
SandyNeck Lighthouse, viewed on the way out to Provincetown on a whale watch tour

Whale watching is a pretty awesome experience here around the Cape

"Dexter Grist mill"

Is in the town of Sandwich, one of the oldest cities in the Cape Cod, this awesome view and several more is just about 20 min away from the SeaCoast Inn, in Hyannis, which happens to be the BEST place to stay on the Cape!
