Travel Tips for Lenox
Historic Stadium

Wahconah Park was built in 1892; it is recognized in the Register of National Historic Places. We were surprised to see the famous ballplayers that played here.
We watched a Collegiate Baseball League game where the Pittsfield Dukes beat Hartford. It was a beautiful evening, the Duke Dog got spectators were singing, dancing and competing on the field. It was a great place to people watch, it was a different slice of life - perhaps from a Rockwell painting.
