Island Hotel
Stayed for 2 nights at the Mansion House this week with mixed results. Got a suite with a fireplace and a small balcony, but after unpacking and enjoying the fire for a bit, realized that there was no heat at all besides the fire! It was pretty cold outside, so they brought us a small space heater, that only put out cold air when we tried it. So we had to go for the smaller suite with no fireplace and a nice balcony, which ending up being pretty nice. King size bed, and a nice buffet breakfast was included in the room rate. The rooftop has incredible harbour views and also tables and chairs (for warmer weather) for relaxing up there in the breezes. The restaurant is nice---breakfast from 8-10 am. The staff was very helpful with all our problems---there is also a gym, a pool and if you are at the spa and want a massage, ask for Shri Hitchcock---definitely recommended!

Great Stay!
We stayed here one evening in Martha's Vineyard. Very close walk from the ferry, you can carry your lugguge just up the hill to get there and back. There is a little rental car place right off the ferry too. This is a quaint hotel with all amenities you need (pool, health spa, restaurant attached) and is clean, with pretty furnishings. It made my stay in MV very pleasant! Cute coffee shop closeby: Beetlebungs
