Patriot Suites

In the Heart of the Berkshires

We stayed five nights at the Patriot Suites hotel in Pittsfield. The staff was excellent, from front desk to housekeeping. Very nice suite, very clean, good size rooms and large bathroom. Kitchen included large mini-fridge and full size microwave, as well as full size kitchen sink and coffee maker. Dining table with four chairs. Living room had TV w/ DVD player and sliding glass doors (just for looks and fresh air, no access to outside); bedroom also had TV. Lots of closet space.

Floor in kitchen/bathroom area can be VERY slippery when wet as our toddler painfully discovered!

We would definitely stay here again if returning to the Berkshires. This is a hotel but serves as the "welcome center" for people taking tours of local timeshares.

Unique Quality: Patriot Suites has a very nice pool area, heated and indoors, as well as a spa, fitness room, game room. Free wireless in the lobby/lounge areas but spotty in our room. Breakfast was included - bagels/English muffins, danish, juice, fruit. We didn't find the cereal until the last morning as it's on the other side of the room.

The hotel is within walking distance of a Stop & Shop supermarket.
