Our room, #8, was rather small and had wood paneling (real wood, but made the room feel dark). Windows off to the sides above the bed so cold air funneled onto us at night. The lower area of the motel complex was being renovated so there was a backhoe outside our window.
No tub, just a shower. The sink didn't hold water, either, so it was hard to give our baby a bath. Toilet seat was pretty banged up looking. Basic toiletries, but at least there was a soap dish.
This Best Western was a private operation not too long ago and is still run as one - the front desk is only open from 8 am to 9 pm so any requests before/after and you're calling someone at home. We had a "bathroom emergency" that took 30 minutes to get fixed - actually we had to do the job ourselves.
Breakfast is included - cereal, breads, a few fruit choices, coffee, juice. Limited quantities, though - the second morning we were two of only a handful of guests and there was only one pack of the oatmeal we wanted and no decaf coffee. Coffee maker was in the room though (and tea was provided although we had to ask for herbal decaf).
