The perfect summer cottage retreat!
by TripAdvisor Member WorldOneNY
Breathtaking! is the best word to describe this quaint inn that is full of amentities...and what a VALUE! That is what makes this b&b so special and alluring - it is priced below other popular hotels and competition. If the price was higher it would be average for what you get. But at $175 we had a complete suite with private entrance, private bath, luxury conveniences like bose radio, carrier air conditioning, fan, fireplace, video library that was wonderful, fresh fruit throughout the day, beautiful fresh floral arrangements, decor is perfect New England but in the best taste, rooms are like a special home from home. comfortable beds and linens, popular hair and bath products, beautiful windows and overall comfort. Complete breakfast, wine in evening and afternoon with fresh lemonade...The house itself is one of the most beautiful in Cape Cod...
Wonderful soft classical music at all times

Certainly a place to come back to. Every detail was just exquisite, not only in the bedroom but in the living and dining room too. Delightful breakfast, and wonderful classical music at all times.
Weather was not good those days, but it really didn´t matter, as it was such a pleasant place to be in.
Simply divine!

The Best Bed and Breakfast I've Stayed In...
by TripAdvisor Member jjbradley
The key to an amazing bed and breakfast stay is to have the feeling that you are welcome and everything is being taken care of. That describes Snug Cottage. The owners are fabulously welcoming, the breakfasts are generous and delicious, and the inn itself is impeccably kept and super-quiet. If you are in Ptown--this is THE bed and breakfast to which others should be compared.
Lovely

We stayed in Snug Cottage for 2 nights in late August 2006 on our honeymoon and found it charming.
Snug Cottage is a beautiful home. Communal areas are tastefully decorated with comfy sofas, nice relaxing music and interesting books to peruse. Our room (Chartwell - one of the cheapest) was spacious with a very comfy bed and a large ensuite bath/ shower room. The room was very clean, as was the whole house. Only minor complaint was the shower which wasn't as powerful as we'd have liked. Bathrobes also provided.
'Extras' at Snug Cottage also include - wireless internet and a PC for guests' use in the communal lounge; (good) wine/ soft drinks and snacks (including delicious warm cookies) served late afternoon; TV/ DVD players in the rooms and access to a good DVD library; fridge in rooms and ice machine in lobby; very nice shady garden.
Buffet breakfast was OK, reasonable choice and served at a communal table in the dining room, which was fine with us but not everyone's cup of tea.
Provincetown is a fun town, very busy during our visit and Snug Cottage was a lovely place to come home to relax.
A very pleasant stay

Snug Cottage turned out to be a delightful surprise -- honestly I stumbled into it when looking last minute for a one night get away to the cape. A very warm and professional attitude is evident everywhere -- the furnishings, room layouts, breakfast, afternoon snack, and local chat. Quickly we regretted not being able to stay more than one night.
Snug Cottage is in the perfect location for Ptown enthusiasts. It is a 7 minute walk to the center of town -- meaning you can stroll to any of the restaurants, yet in enjoy the silence from your room's window.
There is offstreet parking, a relaxing (and big) side yard with a flowing fountain, open non alcoholic beverage fridge, cd/radio, and tv with dvd in every room, wireless internet access. The common room is wonderfully furnished, jazz music piped in, and an internet notebook for those that feel compelled to check their email while on vacation. I look forward to returning!
Lovely B&B

Snug Cottage was a wonderful, comfortable place to stay. It was close enough to Commercial Street that everything was an easy walk, but far enough that it wasn't crowded or loud. We parked our car in the provided lot and didn't drive it again until we left.
We stayed in the Windsor room, which was a good value and very cozy. We'll definitely be back.

What a Beautiful Place
by TripAdvisor Member peanut50
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Snug Cottage. The room was beautiful, and there was a nice place to sit outside, right outside our room. It's convenient to food and shopping, and the hosts are so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Snug Cottage as a quiet, picturesque getaway.
Great Place, great room!

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Provincetown. My wife and I stayed there for one night at the start of a fly drive holiday around New England and it was undoubtedly the place best we stayed in. Lovely room, beautifully presented and within walking distance of Provincetown's bars and restaurants. If you're looking for a really nice B&B on Cape Cod, stay here!
Warm and inviting!

Snug Cottage is a very inviting and comfortable B&B if you're visiting Provincetown. We go in October when the weather is variable. It makes it all the more cozy since each room has it's own fireplace. The rooms are well maintained and with wonderful amenities from mini bar to Aveda products in the bath. The house is beautiful with nice grounds and fountain, and a view of the water from some of the rooms. The breakfast gets your day started well with their signature granola and some wonderful strong coffee. Many choices offered and you can eat in the dining room or take breakfast back to your own room. Plenty of parking and a quick walk onto Commercial Street.
All in all a good choice!
