Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport
by Helga67
Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport is located in Revere, a suburb north of Boston. It's about 10 minutes from Logan International Airport and is very convenient for a short stopover. I choose this hotel over one in downtown Boston because the prices are about half the price of what you'd have to pay for a downtown hotel.
It is no problem to get to Boston. The hotel offers free shuttles to the metro (T-station: Wood Island - blue line) from where it takes another 10 minutes to downtown Boston.
All rooms have data ports for internet access. We had a king studio. It was very spacious with 2 rooms: a kitchenette with eating/sitting room and a spacious bedroom with bathroom. Every room had TV with internet access and movie channel. We also had a gorgeous view over Boston. The hotel has free parking space, a fitness room, indoor heated swimming pool, an ATM machine, free local calls, hot breakfast and 24-hours airport shuttle.
We strongly recommend this hotel

We (grandparents with an 8-year-old granddaughter) stayed four nights at the Hampton Inn at Logan Airport and were very pleased. The place is spotless and in top condition, and the beds are comfortable. Our room on the 7th floor was quiet. The buffet breakfaxt was exceptionally good and abundant. Even though the hotel is a few miles from downtown Boston, they provided free shuttle service to and from a subway station, as well as to and from the airport. They also provided shuttle service to a very good (and reasonably priced) Italian restaurant. My only negative comment is that when we first arrived (at 4:00 pm) we were sent to a room that had not yet been cleaned. I called the desk and we were reassigned (but no apology was given). In spite of this, we would definitely stay there again. It is excellent value for the money. During the rest of our New England trip, all other hotels compared negatively with the Logan Airport Hampton.
DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

Chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. Arrived in Boston, 7 hours flying time from London, and waited 40 minutes for the shuttle, it never came so we took a cab. When we got to the hotel we were told we had to call for the shuttle, nothing in their ad on the Internet said anything about this. No restaurant either, again this fact was omitted, only a limited bar menu and when we ordered hambugers they didn't have any, this was at 8:30pm. I E-Mailed Hilton Guest Assistance, they said they referred it to the Hampton Inn and asked me to wait 3 working days to allow the hotel time to reply. This was on Oct. 10th it is now Nov. 7th and I'm still waiting. If you want service don't stay there, if you want to be ignored if you run into a problem by all means be their guest.
Excellent hotel

This is a great hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. We stayed there right before a flight home and used the shuttle to drop off a rental car and also to get to the airport the next morning. The shuttle ran a little late the morning of our flight, but both shuttle drivers we had were very friendly. The only thing we were disappointed with is that the hot water heater burst while we were there. We noticed them working on it while we were smoking in the back of the hotel a little while after checking in. We thought they were just doing maintenance, but in the morning we found out that we had no hot water. We weren't sure why they hadn't told us at check-in? They discounted our rate when we complained. The internet service was also down the entire time we were there, but in the morning one of the staff members told me that if I had to access the internet urgently, that she would let me use the computer in her office.
We would stay there again despite the issues.
Such a shame...

I'm writing in defense of this hotel. The reviewer below obviously didn't do enough research and then blamed it on the hotel. Their website states that there is a hot breakfast available...but does not say there is a restaurant for the simple reason that...there ISN'T one. That's the reason that fact was omitted! And by the way, if you're staying off-airport, yes you have to call for a shuttle from the airport - in ANY city. With the price of fuel, who'd want to send a shuttle in hopes that there might be a guest to pick-up?
OK...off my soapbox...we've stayed at this HI twice - both times before leaving for vacation...most recently last week and both times on hiltonhhonors reward stays. The hotel is nice, clean and I've always found the staff friendly. They have a lounge, which is nice since many Hampton's don't. The breakfast area is also large. The rooms are decent size - nothing fancy since it is a hampton. We've not used the shuttle to the T station but have to the airport. It was fine and it was nice not having to worry about parking at the airport (the hotel has a park and fly package). The hotel also has a fitness center and an indoor pool.
A Great HAmpton Inn

My family and I loved this hotel! School vacation week-to Boston to do the kid thing. Our first impression was "it's so clean!" Shiny clean. A very helpful front desk clerk talked us into upgrading to a suite. It was heavenly- a big king bedded room with a connecting living room with a comfortable pull out couch, fridge, microwave, another bathroom, and a kitchenette. The regular room our friends had was spacious too. Left the cars parked while the shuttle took us to the local T station to get downtown everyday. Great public T system! And the breakfast was so complete (they say it's a continental),that we didn't buy breakfast our whole stay. The kids played in the pool all day when it snowed and at the end of the night, we'd sit in the little lounge for cocktails. This hotel is so not a typical Hampton Inn. Super staff- think we'll make this an annual trip!
Great Park & Fly
by TripAdvisor Member carowal
We stayed here one night on a Park & Fly in early February 2006. The hotel is quite close to Logan and I was worried I'd hear planes all night, but it was very quiet and comfortable. They even had a bagged breakfast for us when we left at 5 am. We will definitely use this hotel for park & fly's in the future.
Perfect for Park and Fly!!

We spent one night at the Hampton Inn before flying out the next day. We also kept our car parked there for the week we were gone.
Finding the hotel from I-93 was easy. It is only a couple miles past the airport. The Inn is small but when we entered we were plesantly impressed. The place was very clean. On the way to our room we saw a nice little bar. Our room was plenty big for one night and the bed was THE MOST comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in! Nice soft mattress, thick down comforter, new pillows and all the bedding looked brand new. We were very happy. We stopped down at the bar and had a couple drinks and enjoyed their food. Had some chowder and a salad. We received our wake up call on time and the shuttle was right there to take us to the airport. Upon return, we called for the shuttle and 5 minutes later it was there.
We are very happy with this Hampton Inn and will continue to stay here on future trips.

Great Beds!
by TripAdvisor Member fourstar
A very pleasant stay, while a bit out of town the shuttle bus helps. The rooms are a good size with very, very comfortable beds with clean linen and modern bathroom.
A complimentary hot or cold breakfast is a very good bonus, although limited dining facilities located in the bar. The shuttle runs to local restaurants.
Agreat place to stay
