Ann Arbor's Best Hotel
I think that some people are just ridiculous when they "rave" on and on with obviously exaggerated comments on the condition of, or a percieved lack of services on these review sites. I normally wouldn't dignify a response but the previous reviewer must work for a competing hotel or something because the Campus Inn is flat out Ann Arbor's best hotel in the best location imaginable on the UM campus. It is always clean, professionally staffed and they know how to take care of a customer.
