Clinton River Trail
During my Auburn Hills stay, I wanted to find a place to run outside. The Clinton River Trail was an absolutely perfect option for doing just that!
A multi-purpose trail converted from an old railroad line, the Clinton River Trail connects five towns in the Auburn Hills/Rochester area. The path was well maintained and incredibly easy to follow. There maps posted at the majority of the road intersections as well as mile markers and signs pointing out points of interest. I will definitely return if I find myself back in the area in the future. It depends what you want to use the trail for. All I needed was my running shoes, but the trails is available for any non-motorized sports like biking or cross country skiing.
