olde world canterbury
planning trip to rochester,mi in june 2007....
is Olde World Canterbury worth putting on my to-see list?
if so, is it a one-hour or a four-hour sight?

Oh its a one hour deal...There is a big Christmas store and a few shops, a restaurant. I would go to Meadowbrook Hall.

along with chrysler museum and shrine of the little flower
and then we are going to baycity and frankenmuth for the next overnite

If you are going to Frankenmuth then there is no reason to go to canterbury because they are both Christmas-y places. It would be a shame though if you went there and passed on Greenfield village/The Henry Ford.

we did two days of the ford museum (village with all the old buildings) and a factory tour last time we were in detroit area (along with the zoo). so we wanted to hit some other things this time...
we will skip the Olde Canterbury and use that time in Frankenmuth instead.
