This is championship level course at the long tees at 6800 yards (even frustating for duffers like me at the short tees, 5000 yards). It is part of several courses in the area... each one as nice as the next one.

The course layout offers grassy roughs, forested terrain, elevation changes on tees and greens and large greens with some mounding. Fairways are average wide with mature tree growth outside of the roughs area. There are some huge ess-shaped sand traps that line a couple of the fairways and sand traps near each of the greens. Water impacts only two holes but a couple of others have marshy/reedy roughs that you must avoid.

Pro shop, practice greens, driving range and chipping area are all available in this multi-course complex built by Gull Lake Resorts.

The Barn Theatre

This is a summer-stock theater showing plays from Broadway and Off-Broadway with local talent and also artists from across the nation. (Notable alumni are Jennifer Garner and Lauren Graham)
The family owned-operated business has had 60 successful seasons (over 500 performances). See the website below for scheduled times.

Go East on I-94 to Exit 85 (Galesburg). go north at the end of the exit ramp. Go to the third signal light. go east on M-96 (at R. R. tracks). At signal in the center of town, FORK to left - follow signs for M-96 After jog over the railroad tracks, make hard right - follow the tracks, BARN is on the left. (2 1/2 Miles)
