"A charming little town"

Charlevoix is one of the little waterfront villages that charmed me the most on our visit to northern Michigan. I regret that I don't have more, and better, photos to share. The town has two waterfronts - one of Lake Michigan, one on Lake Charlevoix. The marina is on Lake Charlevoix.

The downtown is characterized by lots of neat little stores, especially featuring clothing and artwork. There was also a nice variety of restaurants, delis and coffee shops, several with sidewalk seating.
