Dive Bars by bottleofdoom
Go to some of the dive bars. I only was there for two days, so I only got to goto The Kress Lounge on 8400 Michigan Ave. and a really cool bar inside a bowling
alley. I forget the name, but it's right next to the C-Pop Gallery on Woodward Ave. The
Kress was sooo dive, but a great juke box & lots of pabst blue ribbon (if you like that).
You will not see any college kids pretending to be cool here, just the locals. The bowling
alley bar had a really nice bartender named Jeff & he had a drink named after him called Jeff on the Beach. It was yummy. I sampled some local Motor City Brew & it was good.
