The best in Frankenmuth
The pools and hot tubs are great, esp the 21 and up pool, as it is fun to enjoy without little ones all the time.
Unique Quality: Nice clean rooms that don't look or feel worn out. One of the pools has a waterfall, and the wall murrals are great. The adult pool has a sky light. There is a family fun center with lots of arcade games, pool tables and a put put course. There is also a lounge with a pool table and a smoking area. Great pizza and beer. It's not just for kids.

The Little Bavaria in Little Bavaria
A lot of people say the Bavarian Inn is the only place to stay in Frankenmuth. While far fromt he truth, I would say that it is definitely the most extensive, and definitely comes with a lot of frills, especially for families. With over 350 rooms and a breadth I couldn't entirely catch with my camera, it has a basement filled with different swimming pools, plus restaurants, bars, shops and more. The scope of the common area was really amazing and they had quite extensive grounds as well, complete with a covered bridge, aviary, and well manicured riverfront.
Unique Quality: This is one of the few hotels I have stayed in that I really don't have anything bad to say about. It came with a fridge, was neat and clean, the staff didn't bother you or post ridiculous signs about useless rules or put an overpriced mini-bar in your face. The best thing was the swimming pools but it also has location because in some ways, this hotel and its associated facilities ARE Frankenmuth, which is built around it.

A great Experience
We got a great deal on their rooms and managed to get them for 89.00 a night. We reserved our room and I happened to see this site, I was worried by what seemed to be some not so great reviews. My worries were unfounded. Every staff person I met was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms were clean, simple but had what we needed. The hotel was so much fun. I loved that out of their 6 pools and 3 hot tubs they had a pool and hot tub that were for adults only. It had a restaurant, bar and gift shop that served coffees and a downstairs snackbar plus a games room that wasnt just for kids, my husband and I had a lot of fun playing mini golf and arcade games. I watched the sunset through large windows from the whirpool and it was just a quick walk through the bridge to rest of frankenmuth. Theyre restuarant Omas had good service, though I admit the food was much better at their other restaurant across the bridge, "The Bavarian Inn" I couldnt have asked for a better time or better service. I would definately go again and definately suggest this place to friends
Unique Quality: Adults only pool and hot tub, 6 pools all together, arcade room, mini golf, great views, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The Bavarian Inn Lodge is the best place for a family to stay while visiting Frankenmuth. It is a full service resort which has several indoor pools and huge jacuzzis. They have several restaurants, a huge indoor Play center with arcarde games and indoor miniature golf. it depends on the time of year, but generally around $120 a night Five indoor pools and three whirlpools, 18-hole indoor Miniature Golf, Children's Village, 2 Lounges and 2 Restaurants, and 4 outdoor tennis courts all under one roof in the heart of downtown Frankenmuth! An overnight stay at the Lodge is like stepping into an Old German Fairy Tale in Michigan's 'Little Bavaria' of Frankenmuth.
Bavarian Inn Great Hotel, But Who Designed the Bathroom?
by A TripAdvisor Member
I booked the room on the phone because the web site didn't answer many questions, such as how much for additional adults (nothing) and if there were a recliner available in any room (no) There was no discounting of anything even though the place was not well occupied. We loved the approach over a covered bridge, the themed look of the place from all vantage points, its imposing size and many amenities. We got our promised view from the balcony (a back parking lot and a side road). The in-hotel restaurants were wonderful with very friendly staff. We four adults slept in (somewhat) quiet comfort wondering if Bavarian gnomes had designed the bathroom- a cubicle containing a diminutive plastic tub and toilet whose fan came thundering on when in use. The sink was in an area that might have served as a dressing room if there had been a door. From the hotel we easily shopped the stores and visited eateries and (bathroom aside) we enjoyed everything else about our stay at the Bavarian Inn and Lodge.

Have been in Frankenmuth Michigan on a bus trip for the best 5 years. The best place to eat in Frankenmuth is the Bavarian Inn Restaurant. The service is just great. Food served family style and it's just delicious. The deserts are out of this world.
Many many happy memories!

My home where I was born is near Frankenmuth. But with my job of 28 years, I've had to move three times and may be getting ready for the fourth move in March. Three other states besides Michigan! So when I come home, It has to be Frankenmuth with no exception! In other words, It's got to be happening at "BAVARIAN INN"! Everything I need is there..and MORE! The decorations for excitement! The food couldn't be more authentic or Genuine! The people couldn't be finer or kinder! When I travel, I proudly say...I was raised right! I was raised in Frankenmuth Michigan. Thank-you Bavarian Inn and Family for always giving me "ROOTS"
I had a Blast

When my family went to Frankenmouth earlier this year, we had the best time. I really love the pools in the hotel. I know every child would like it too! It's so fun, because no matter where you room is located in the hotel, there is always a pool nearby. Our famliy goes about twice a year, and each time, we wish we could stay longer.
The games are also really fun. They have the best video games, and I always win! And they also have great Prizes. Don't forget Putt-Putt! The course is awesome, not to hard or too easy.
And of course, you can't forget the chicken! The frankenmouth Brown House is just a few min. away (walking distance)! And you also have easy access to the River Shops and Downtown Frankenmouth.
What I really want to say in this review is I had a great time. I hope everyone goes and stays at The Frankenmouth Bavarian Inn Lodge, because if you don't, you'll regret it!
The perfect atmosphere if you want to enjoy the simple things in life

Our family loves visiting frankenmuth. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's a little pricey but definitely worth it. There are so many family friendly activities that you can't find all that often anymore. Not only do the kids love it but they even learn a little bit about culture. Oh! And it's great if you want to take a relaxing trip for the adults. We'll go back again and again!

Wow! I went to Google to find out the name of the store too for the very same reason and this site with your meassage was the very first place it came up with. I will check further and try the Chamber of Commerce at Frankenmuth and WHEN I have success I will reply again. Hopefully you will have discovered it and received your pottery by that time!
