Lansing/Dimondale hotel mystery

I am staying a night in Lansing and I found an Amerihost Inn Dimin ondale that looked okay. I then tried to find more information on it so I looked at Amerihost website and it was not listed. I phoned the place and the person answering said its now part of the Choice/Comfort system. However, when I checked with Choice, they had no listing for it either. So, altho there is likely nothing wrong with the hotel, it makes me uncomfortable that someone is claiming the place is from a certain chain/franchise when it might not be.
Is there anyone on the forum who knows the area of Dimondale - the hotel address is 9742 Woodland Drive, bsically near the I69 and I96 interchange.

GO TO MSU CAMPUS, THEY HAVE A GREAT DOWNTOWN AREA THERE. ALSO, CHECK OUT THE MSU GARDENS DURING THE SUMMER, ITS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GARDENS I HAVE EVER SEEN! THERE ARE A FEW GREAT BARS THERE TO PARTY AND DANCE AT, BUT GET THERE BEFORE 10PM OR YOU'LL BE WAITIN IN LINE(WHICH CAN BE FUN SOMETIMES). THERE ARE ALSO BASEBALL GAMES AT THE LUGNUTS STADIUM, WHICH IS GREAT FOR A FAMILY OUTTING. THERE IS A NEW SHOPPING CENTER COMING IN THAT HAS EVERYTHING. LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE LOOKIN FOR SOMETHIGN SPECIFIC. I MOVED TO LANSING IN 1990, I AM FROM WISCONSIN ACTUALLY, SO MY MEMORIES DON'T GO BACK THAT FAR. THERE ARE SO MANY OF BEING WITH FRIENDS, BUT NOTHING THAT STICKS OUT IN MY MIND. I DO KNOW THAT WHEN I AM AWAY, I CAN'T WAIT TO GET HOME! ITS COMFORTING AND INVITING TO ME. ITS HOME!

"Summer Destination"
Every summer I make sure that my family and I make a vist to Lansing, MI. My uncle and his family live about half an our away from the city, so when ever we stay at his place we always go into the city. Lansing is equipt with many malls and theaters, as well as a few good water parks. Everytime we come to Michigan we have a good time, whether is the people were with, or the things we do its always an exciting trip.

Lansing is the capitol of Lansing
My SIL wanted to go to law school, but he could not get into a law school in Miami where he and my daughter and grandson were living. When he got admission to Michigan State University Law School, they moved to Lansing and lived there for a year. I was in Chicago for a two week class, and so on the weekend I went to visit them.
Above is the view from their apartment balcony. This is a copy of the photo I took at the Potter Park zoo. The copy in color of the original photo is in the Off the Beaten Track tip.
