If you are on welfare, do drugs, and like to think your in a big city and get so drunk or high that sometimes you pass out on others lawns or in the street, and don't mind if people just pee or vomit in plane sight and hang on your porch when you are not there. then this is heaven for you, the police wont protect you but they really don't enforce the laws either.
