Along the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan, Stevensville is a wonderful place to visit and live. There is Grand Mere State Park and Lincoln Township Beach, both of which offer beautiful views of Lake Michigan and the sand dunes that make this area so unique.

Playground Pastimes

One of our favorite places in Stevensville is the neighborhood playground. It provide many different ways to kick back and relax. It is a great place to have a birthday party (less screaming in the house) as we have done two years in a row.

The traditional playground equipment provides another way to unwind. We have a slide, three swing sets (on for babies), a merry-go-round, and some of those ride-on bouncy toys. There is also a big jungle gym climber to hang from.

Sports are always a surefire hit around here! Baseball, the American pastime, is the one that is most popular in our house, but football and soccer are other favorites in this area. The playground makes a great place to get in some extra batting practice with Dad.
