Whitefish Point Light Station: Lightstation quarters

Stay right at Whitefish Point. Highly recommended! The rooms are in a refurbished US Coast Guard Building and are almost new and very clean. The building has a full kitchen with a coffee maker, most importantly. But of course the best part is just being right there at Whitefish Point. It's a little pricey, but a night's stay gets you into the museum free and a discount in the store. The museum is a memorial to Great Lakes shipping, and contains the bell of the Edmund Fitzgerald.
