This is Viking Country. Period. Plain and simple. Like it or not, these folk are Vikings fans with their dying breaths. They will complain about the bad seasons and boast about the good. You won't get pummeled for cheering on another team, but watch out for those icy glares. Not being a born Minnesotan, I am lucky enough not to be afflicted with this disease. But, it does give a woman a chance to wear purple and not seem goshe. Any bar, sports bar, bar and grill, hotel lobby or any place more than 3 locals gather together on game day.
